Run warm water into the bathtub – 36–38 °C is ideal for a relaxing effect. Depending on the application:
– Relaxing bath: approx. 250 g per tub
– Intensive bath: up to 500 g per tub
– Partial or foot bath: approx. 50 g per 10 l of water Add the bath salt to the water and stir it gently by hand so that it disperses well and the essential oils are released. Relax in warm water for about 20 minutes. Take deep breaths and let the natural ingredients work their magic. After bathing, gently pat the skin dry to retain the nourishing residue. If possible, treat yourself to some rest afterward.
