ICADA certified natural cosmetics
At alva natural cosmetics, quality, transparency, and natural ingredients are our focus. That is why our products carry the independent ICADA certifications: "ICADA natural" and "ICADA natural+organic".
The "natural" and "natural+organic" seals from ICADA certify that products compliant with the ICADA standard meet the high requirements expected of organic and natural cosmetics. Compliance with the standard is monitored through annual audits, among other measures.

alva naturkosmetik does not conduct animal testing, nor does it commission or pay for any external companies to conduct animal testing. A large part of our range is vegan. Exceptions include a few sea buckthorn products, the callus balm, and the For Him After Shave Balm. These contain beeswax as a nourishing ingredient.

A large part of the product range has already been awarded, with the rest to follow, though they already meet the high alva natural cosmetics standards today.

As a company that does not conduct or commission animal testing, we are recommended by PETA. This means: We have voluntarily committed to refraining from animal testing outside the EU as well, for all our products and suppliers worldwide.
In doing so, we stand for maximum transparency and ethics in cosmetic manufacturing, going beyond legal requirements.
The majority of our products are vegan, meaning they are free from animal-derived ingredients. Only a few products still contain beeswax, such as the Callus Balm or the For Him After Shave Balm. This is clearly indicated on the respective product page under the ingredients list.

What are the shipping costs for an order from alva naturkosmetik?
Shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €4.90. We offer free shipping on orders over €40. For international orders, we calculate shipping costs based on the destination country and the weight of the order.
How can I return my alva natural cosmetics order?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service department to arrange a return. The products must be unopened and in their original condition.
